1. Before production starts
Full refund, no questions, any time before Day 2. The editor has not yet begun work and there's no recovered cost. Cancel by writing to support@playmylife.co.
2. After production starts
Once the editor has begun work, the commission is non-refundable. That said, we'd rather you love the movie. The remedies below apply.
3. Revisions
- Spark · Vision: additional revisions are billed at studio rates. Most clients don't need them.
- Supernatural: one revision round is included. Submit revision notes within 14 days of delivery.
4. If something is genuinely wrong
If the delivered movie fails to reflect the questionnaire (wrong life area, wrong tone, wrong affirmations, etc.), we'll re-cut it at no charge regardless of tier. Reach out within 14 days of delivery with specifics. Final language about scope and remedy will be finalized pre-launch.
5. Chargebacks
Please write to us first. We'd much rather solve the problem than dispute the transaction. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first will be defended with delivery and questionnaire records.
